After discussing with the artist, we have decided to produce all pre-ordered plush toys. Please rest assured that every buyer will receive their plush toy.

This Viego plushie features:

-20cm/7.9 in. tall body (aka the perfect size)

-soft floofy hair with two ties

-may contain an Isolde soul fragment(not guaranteed!)

Pre-sale Information:

- Available for purchase from March 5th until May 5th, 2026.

- A minimum of 50 sales is required to start production. If the goal is not reached by the end-date, all buyers will be refunded.

- Once pre-sale ends, production will approximately take 2-3 months before shipping. These plushies are handmade and take time. Please take this into account before buying!

Note

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.

Some accessories or hair pieces use an adhesive attachment technique. Under normal circumstances, they do not detach. However, in isolated cases, such as after 3-6 months, natural detachment may slowly occur. This is not considered a defect. If detachment happens, it can be reattached using common household glue.
