For humanoid plush products, we support one round of free modification; for other shaped plush products, we support two round of free modifications.

To ensure your doll meets your high standards, we employ a three-step confirmation process:

1.Initial Confirmation: After payment, we will confirm the fabric, craftsmanship, and other essential details with you. This is the stage to address any concerns you may have.

2.Mid-process Confirmation: Subsequently, we will present the embroidery design or the embroidered face for your review. Adjustments can be made during this second round.

3.Final Check: Once the doll is assembled, you will have the opportunity to provide all your modification suggestions at once, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

Notably, around 50% of our cooperated artists are satisfied with the first version, and over 95% express satisfaction by the second version.

During Production
In the event that any aspects of the production are not feasible, we will communicate with you to determine the best course of action.

Please Note
Should you require additional revisions before shipping, an additional fee of $30 per revision will be charged.

If the product has already been shipped, any further revisions will be treated as a new sample, necessitating a new sample order.
