We accept:

  • Korean local payments (Naver Pay, etc.)
  • Chinese local payments (WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.)
  • Other regional payment methods

Note: If only PayPal/credit cards appear, please switch the language to English and currency to USD, then try again.

Refund

For pre-orders, refunds require artist approval prior to the crowdfunding deadline. No refunds will be granted after the deadline as all pre-order funds are directly allocated to bulk production.

For in-stock items, refunds are not available once the order has been shipped.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Return & Refund

Return Notes

Due to the special nature of cross-border orders, we do not support exchanges. We only support refunds for orders not received, as well as refunds or returns for orders received, or full refunds.

Return Time

Both pre-sale and spot orders support returns within 30 days.

Return Process

You need to first contact support@mycraftzone.com. After we review, we will reply with the results within 15 working days.

If there is no product quality issue and you want to return without reason, you need to keep the product in its original condition and the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and it is checked into our inventory, we will proceed with the refund. If it affects the second sale, we have the right to refuse the return and refund.

If there is a product quality issue or if the goods were not received due to our fault (excluding situations where the buyer provides an incorrect address or changes the address with the courier company on their own, which are the buyer's responsibility), we will generally offer a full refund or send a new item, and you do not need to return the original product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom orders cannot be refunded.

Certain types of items cannot be refunded and returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
