We ship worldwide except:

  • Regions inaccessible to international carriers
  • Certain African nations
  • Military bases (APO/FPO)
  • Conflict zones
  • Other prohibited areas

Final delivery eligibility confirmed during order processing.

Specific Requirements

  • South Korea: Korean name + personal customs code (개인통관고유번호)
  • Taiwan, China: EZ WAY-certified Chinese name & ID number
  • Mexico: RFC (13 alphanumeric) or CURP (18 characters)
  • Brazil: CPF (11-digit individual tax number)
  • Chile: RUT (9-10 digit unique tax role)
  • Peru: RUC (11-digit business ID) or DNI (8-digit personal ID)
  • Ecuador: 10-digital Cédula de Identidad
  • USA: PO BOX addresses discouraged (limited carrier support)

Address modifications

Pre-shipment: Email support@mycraftzone.com with your 6-digit order number and recipient name.

Post-dispatch: Please note that addresses cannot be altered. Deliveries proceed to the originally provided address. 

Buyers assume full liability for losses resulting from unauthorized address changes.

Packing

We generally use co-extruded film bags or cardboard boxes for packaging.

To help reduce shipping costs and keep prices affordable, some plush toys may be vacuum-compressed for delivery. Don’t worry. They’ll easily fluff back to shape with a gentle shake and pat when you receive them.

Processing time

In-stock items: Shipped within 5 business days

Pre-sale/Custom items: generally 30-90 days fulfillment. Please read the purchase information carefully before placing your order. Please note that we cannot support refunds once the item has ended its pre-sale period.

For Custom Items

  • Carriers: FedEx/UPS/SF-Express
  • transit:  2-10 business days
  • Terms: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
  • High-duty countries(duties always apply): Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Brazil

If you want to change to slower, but duty-included shipping options, contact us prior to dispatch.

For Standard Items

We partner with cost-effective but slower(generally 5-45 business days) logistics providers:

Most regions

  • Carriers: Cainiao/Yanwen/YunExpress 
  • Method: airlift to destination country + local last-mile delivery
  • Terms: generally DDP terms (Delivered Duty paid)
  • Exception: Countries like Brazil tax all imports – buyers must self-pay any incurred duties.

HK/Macau/Taiwan: SF-Express (DDU)

Other areas

  • Carriers: China Post/SingPost (DDU)
  • Note: These are the only available carriers for certain countries.

Important Note

While we optimize shipping methods to minimize fees, we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery due to dynamic customs policy changes and carrier-specific operational updates. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

Shipping fees

We ship from Shanghai, China. And we offer international shipping at a flat rate. 

For shipments within 400g:

Asia: Generally $6, but some countries may be $8-$10.

North America, Europe, Oceania,  and some South American countries: Generally $10.

within 100g:  $8

Some South American and African countries: Generally $15. 

Other countries: $25 or more.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and courier policies. The specific price will be automatically calculated based on the order weight and shipping region when you make the payment.

    Tracking numbers

    Tracking numbers are provided for 99.9% of orders; however, exceptional cases may occur where tracking is temporarily unavailable due to carrier system anomalies.

    Delivery options

    Home delivery: Standard for most addresses

    Self-collection required for:
    Inaccessible addresses | High-theft areas | Regulatory restrictions

    Collection notices emailed. Home delivery not guaranteed.

    Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

    We bear no responsibility for delivery failures caused by:

    • Incorrect/changed addresses
    • Refusal to accept parcels
    • Unpaid import duties

    Redelivery services (where available) incur buyer-paid fees for address-related issues.

    Compensation & Reshipment

    Eligibility for reshipment/refund applies to:

    • Lost shipments
    • Damaged goods
    • Missing items
