PRE-ORDER PERIOD

● From July 10, 2025, to August 8, 2025

● A goal of at least 30 orders is required before the plushie undergoes mass production. If

the goal is not met in time, the plushie will not be produced and full refunds will be made

to every buyer.

● Bulk production will take approximately 2-3 months before it is shipped.

Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

Handmade products may have minor variations and, such as loose threads, which are

considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such issues.

For buyers who have already paid a deposit, if they make their purchase using the same email address they used for the deposit payment, the deposit amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
