Cooperation Process

1.Design Preparation: Work on your plushie design. You can refer to our design guidelines here: https://mycraftzone.com/pages/plushie-design

2.Design Submission & Quotation: Once you have your design ready, send it to collab@mycraftzone.com and we will provide you with an exact quote. Pricing information can be found here: https://mycraftzone.com/pages/pricing

3.Payment: You can make the payment directly through our website.

4.Sample Production: This typically takes around 3-4 weeks(exclude revision time). Shipping time is approximately 1 week. Outfits production generally take 4-6 weeks. May delay due to different reasons.

Please note

1.Custom orders are non-refundable.

2.View Production & Modification standards here.

3.Armatures (which enable doll movement) are complimentary in all samples, but will be charged at $2.50 per piece during mass production.

4.MOQ-for pre orders:

dolls without clothes: we suggest 30

dolls with clothes and other plush toys: we suggest 50
