Pre-sale Duration : December 25 - February 28

✿ A goal of 30 orders EACH doll is required before mass production is guaranteed ! That is, 30 orders for the “oliver” plush and another 30 orders for the “angeline” plush for a total of 60 orders. If the goal is not met, no worries !! Full refunds will be made to every buyer ! 

✿ Bulk production will take approximately 2-3 months before it is shipped.

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.
