If 100+ paid orders are reached → Proceed to sample production phase.

If <100 orders → Full refunds issued automatically.

Post-Sample Sale:

Customers who paid $4 deposit:
Final Price = Retail Price - $4 (deposit) - $4 (voucher)

New customers without deposit:
Final Price = Full Retail Price

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.
