Pre-sale Period

- From July 24, 2025 to August 28, 2025

- A goal of 30 orders is required before undergoing mass production. If the quota is not met in time, full refunds will made made to every buyer

- When the presale is over, bulk production will take approximately 2-3 months before it is shipped

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.
