• A minimum of 30 orders must be met in order to begin mass production. If this goal is not met, all orders will be refunded.
• After the pre-order period ends, production will take about 2-3 months before the plushies are shipped out.

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.

Some accessories or hair pieces use an adhesive attachment technique. Under normal circumstances, they do not detach. However, in isolated cases, such as after 3-6 months, natural detachment may slowly occur. This is not considered a defect. If detachment happens, it can be reattached using common household glue.
