A minimum of 50 orders is required before mass production can begin. If the goal is not met by the deadline, full refunds will be issued to all buyers.

Bulk production will take approximately 2–3 months before shipping begins.

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.
