Address filling
South Korea: The Korean name and the corresponding personal tax number (개인통관고유번호) are required.
Taiwan, China: The full name and ID number certified by EZ WAY are required.
Mexico: Either the RFC (13 alphanumeric characters) or CURP (18 characters) must be filled in.
Brazil: CPF (11 digits) is needed.
Chile: RUT (Rol Único Tributario), which is either 9 or 10 digits is required.
USA: Although some orders support delivery to PO BOX addresses, it is still recommended that you do not provide PO BOX addresses.
Address change
Please note that once the order is fulfilled, we, as the sender, are unable to modify the address and will only deliver to the original address provided.
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please carefully verify the shipping address before placing your order. And you can contact support@mycraftzone.com to change the address before the order fulfillment.
The buyer assumes responsibility for any losses resulting from actions such as contacting the logistics company to change the delivery address without our consent. We disclaim any liability for such actions.
Shipping time
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
For pre-sale items, orders are typically fulfilled within 30-90 days. Please read the purchase information carefully before placing your order.
Courier companies
For custom items, we usually ship via carriers like FedEx, UPS, SF Express, or other international commercial carriers. Delivery usually takes 2-10 business days.
For other items, we typically use carriers such as SF Express, Cainiao, Yanwen, etc. for delivery. Except for SF Express, the delivery method involves an initial flight from China to the destination country, followed by final delivery by a local courier company. Delivery usually takes 5-30 business days.
Custom duties
Depending on the order, we may use different courier services.
International couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and SF Express ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which may incur customs duties.
Other courier services generally operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Shipments to Europe, for example, will not require you to pay VAT.
Shipping fee
We ship from Shanghai, China. And we offer international shipping at a flat rate.
For shipments within 400g:
Asia: Generally $5, but some countries may be $8-$10.
Europe, Oceania, North America (excluding the USA), and some South American countries: Generally $10.
The USA and some South American and African countries: Generally $15. The USA was previously $10, but due to unstable customs policies, it is now $15.
Other countries: $25 or more.
The specific price will be automatically calculated based on the order weight and shipping region when you make the payment.
Tracking number
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order status with the tracking information.
Shipping areas
We ship globally, excluding areas where international couriers are unable to deliver. This includes some African countries, military zones, war zones, and other restricted areas, which will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
