If 50+ paid orders are reached -> Proceed to sample production phase.

if <50 paid orders -> Full refunds issued automatically.

Production Timeline:

- Crowdfunding Pre-sale : 1 Month

- If the Crowdfunding goal reached, the sample production will be make as soon as possible around 1 Month

- After sample production is finished, Post-Production Sale will be open for order

- Bulk Production will take around 1-3 months before it is shipped to buyers.

Post-Sample Sale:

- Customer who paid $4 deposit:

Final Price = Retail Price = - $4 (deposit)

- New Customer without deposit:

Final Price = Full Retail Price

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

As handmade products, slight variations and imperfections (such as loose threads) are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such minor issues.
