Pre-order period

28th April - 28th June

A minimum of 30 pre-orders of each design has to be met in order to move onto the production stage. If the goal is not reached, a full refund will be given to all buyers.

If the goal is reached, production will approximately take 2-3 months before shipping as the plushies are handmade so please take this into consideration before purchasing!

Giveaway time!

Once the pre-order quantities are met, a giveaway will be held and one winner will get the full-set for free!

If the winner has made a purchase already, not to worry, they can still receive the prize as an extra gift!

Important notes:

Refunds before the pre-order deadline must be discussed with the artist - application for refunds after the deadline will not be accepted.

Since the product is handmade, there will be slight variations and minor imperfections, but these are considered minor issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor issues.

The plushies include hair pieces that are attached by adhesives, and will not detach usually. However, in some cases, natural detachment may occur (maybe in 3-6 months), but they can be reattached by common household glue.
