1. A goal of 30 dolls each is required for production. If the goal is not met, there will be a refund.

2. Bulk production will take 2-3 months.

Whether refunds are allowed before the pre-sale deadline needs to be discussed with the artist. Once the pre-sale deadline has passed, no refund applications will be accepted.

Handmade products may have minor variations and imperfections, such as loose threads, which are considered normal. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such issues.
